  • Burke Law Office, LLC is a government contracts law firm, advising clients on all aspects of the procurement process, and helping businesses maximize their opportunities to successfully compete for and perform contracts with Federal, State, and local governments. It is the firm's objective to provide affordable and quality government contracts consulting and litigation support to emerging, small and midsize businesses. The firm also provides outside legal counsel services to law firms to support their clients' government procurement matters. In addition to its government contract focus, the firm can also assist with transactional and litigation matters.

  • Burke Law Office, LLC is a modern law firm, built from the ground up with a focus on efficiency. The firm operates through a secure, high-tech virtual office, allowing the firm to operate without a traditional brick and mortar office, nearly paperless, and with extremely low overhead. The firm values your data security and complies with ethical guidelines and best practices to protect your property.

  • We also highly value our clients’ time. The firm can interact with clients through secure video conferencing. If you’d prefer to meet in person, the firm has access to professional office suites throughout the Front Range, and we can arrange a secure, professional conference space that is convenient to you, minimizing time out of your day.

  • The firm offers competitive hourly rates, and for some matters can arrange non-traditional billing structures to fit your company’s needs. These alternative fee arrangements offer your business predictable, simplified legal costs, reflecting the value of the legal services provided – not simply the hours billed.
